temperature is 30 degrees with light snow falling. Upper Alpine is groomed and should be decent to try out your new skis. Lower Alpine from shooting range down still hard packed snow. Avoid canyon as icy and exposed ground.

31 degrees, no new snow recorded since Tuesday at lower Alpine parking lot. Parking lot slippery with dusting of snow on top of ice. Will concentrate on upper Alpine Loop from shooting range to parking lot gate, including spur.

35 degrees, no new snow. Will be grooming upper Alpine from hairpin turn to upper parking lot gate, including the spur. Snow is crusty. Blacktail Road slippery in spots so exercise caution
